At The Woof Room, we understand that your dog is more than just a dog. They’re a valued member of your family, and we take pride in treating them as such. We offer our guests a safe, fun environment and take excellent care of them in their owner's absence. Our goal is to become your dog’s home away from home and ensure they have the most fun possible while in our care.
Some other great reasons to choose us include:
We have an open play style and no cages. Your dog will spend the entire day in our play areas.
Daycare benefits your dog in several ways. The Woof Room provides love and attention while offering socialization and exercise opportunities. Instead of being stuck home alone while you’re out, your dog will have a great day playing with their canine and human friends. And at the end of the day, they will be tired out from their day and ready to enjoy a relaxing evening at home with you.
We highly encourage pet parents to bring their dog's food from home. It must be in pre-portioned, airtight bags. Please do not bring bowls from home. You may bring up to 2 durable toys. Please refrain from bringing any toys that could be chewed up or ingested. We have many beds and blankets, so it is not necessary to bring any from home.
If you do choose to bring a bed or blanket, the blanket should have a distinguishable pattern and beds must be small enough to fit in a standard washing machine. Finally, please bring your pup in on a non-retractable leash with a harness and/or collar.

The Woof Room holidays include New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

A $5 surcharge also applies for dropping your dog off or picking them up between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM on weekdays or between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM on weekends. We welcome you to tour our facilities. We accommodate tours at times that are least disruptive to our guests — 15 to 30 minutes before the lobby opens or after closing. Please call to schedule a tour. In the meantime, feel free to check out our webcams.
In short, absolutely! At The Woof Room, we completely understand that not every dog is suited for daycare. We take lots of dogs here that do not participate in group play! There are a number of reasons that a dog might not participate in daycare, whether it’s because they dislike other dogs, they get stressed out or overstimulated in the daycare environment, they are over nine-months and unaltered, they would prefer to spend time alone rather than being with a large group of dogs, their owner would rather not have them in group, and so on.
We call these dogs “one-on-ones.” One-on-ones hang out solo and with the staff members rather than being with the other dogs. Many dogs are much more comfortable and successful as a one-on-one than they are in daycare! They get solo potty breaks and free enrichment options that are unique to one-on-ones! Pricing is the same for one-on-ones at it is for all of the other dogs.
We love and welcome puppies! For their safety, however, all puppies should be at least 14 weeks old and must have had their first three sets of vaccinations before attending daycare at The Woof Room. Puppies under 14 weeks of age are welcome in our hotel but cannot participate in open play.
The Woof Room welcomes bully breeds for all of our services.
Yes! If you are planning an overnight stay for your dog over a weekend, holiday, or during the summer months this is very important! We limit the number of dogs we take each day, so making a reservation is the only way to guarantee a spot for your furry friend.
During the day, dogs enjoy nonstop fun in daycare. They spend time in our large indoor play spaces, which feature several play items and staff members who are eager to keep them entertained and engaged. They also spend time in our large outdoor play yard where they can relieve themselves, soak up some sunshine, and keep playing.
Once the daycare dogs have left for the evening, overnight guests are fed, cuddled, and introduced to their hotel suites. Since they are typically exhausted from their full day of play, they enjoy peaceful slumber in preparation for the next day.
For the safety of the pups, we do not allow toys or treats in the playrooms. We ask that you please leave your dog's toys at home if they're coming for daycare. If you do choose to bring treats, we can give them as a snack at lunch time! Dogs that come with a lunch will automatically be given a two-hour break from daycare in order to prevent bloat (GDV).
Of course! Most of our daycare guests eat prior to being dropped off. If you would like them to have lunch, though, just bring their food when you drop them off. If your dog needs to take any medications, please bring your veterinarian’s instructions along with the medication. For overnight guests, please bring your dog’s food in a closable container, and provide feeding instructions. We close for two hours in the middle of the day for a couple reasons. For one thing, as much as we truly love our jobs and enjoy being around the dogs, it can be very tiring! It's important to us to make sure our wonderful team members get adequate rest breaks. Furthermore, it gives us time to work on add-on services like grooming and individual exercise. Finally, it gives us a chance to tend to dogs that need breaks in the middle of the day and dogs that eat lunches! Rest assured, only the lobby closes for these two hours. Daycare remains open all day!
We understand that things come up, so we don’t charge a cancellation fee for daycare. However, because of the significant demand for our hotel, we require 72 hours notice if you need to cancel your dog’s overnight stay. To avoid the cancellation fee, you must call or email us no later than 12 PM three days before your dog’s scheduled hotel stay. If you do not notify us at least 72 hours in advance, or you do not show up for your dog’s scheduled hotel stay, you will be charged for a one-night hotel stay.
The Woof Room does not have staff overnight. If a dog requires 24-hour care, our facility is not the right fit. This is especially important to keep in mind with senior dogs or those with medical concerns.
