Why should I choose The Woof Room for my dog?
At The Woof Room, we understand that your dog is more than just a dog. They’re a valued member of your family, and we take pride in treating them as such. We offer our guests a safe, fun environment and take excellent care of them in their owers’ absence. Our goal is to become your dog’s home away from home and ensure they have the most fun possible while in our care.

- We limit the number of dogs admitted each day to ensure a safe, fun environment.
- We separate dogs by size and play style to ensure comfort, safety, and enjoyment.
- Our play areas are larger than the industry standard.
Why should I bring my dog to daycare?
Daycare benefits your dog in several ways. The Woof Room provides love and attention while offering socialization and exercise opportunities. Instead of being stuck home alone while you’re out, your dog will have a great day playing with their canine and human friends. And at the end of the day, they will be tired out from their day and ready to enjoy a relaxing evening at home with you.
What are your hours?
Our lobby is open the following days and hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: Closed for drop-offs and pick-ups
The Woof Room holidays include New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

What if I need to drop off or pick up my dog after hours?
We can typically arrange for you to drop your dog off or pick them up as early as 6:30 AM on weekdays and 7:30 AM on weekends for a $5 surcharge. A $5 surcharge also applies for dropping your dog off or picking them up after 7:00 PM on weekdays or after 6:00 PM on weekends. Any dog still at The Woof Room at 8:00 PM will be admitted to our hotel, and you will be charged the regular boarding rate.
Can I tour your facilities?
We welcome you to tour our facilities. We accommodate tours at times that are least disruptive to our guests — 15 to 30 minutes before the lobby opens or after closing. Please call to schedule a tour. In the meantime, feel free to check out our webcams.
What do I need to do before my dog’s first visit?
First, fill out the Enrollment Form. Then, schedule your dog’s Meet and Greet Day.
We require all guests to have current vaccinations for Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza). Proof is required for all dogs at The Woof Room, so please bring a current vaccination with you when visiting for the first time. If your dog is over 9 months of age, we require them to be spayed or neutered. We also require flea and tick preventative between the months of April and October.

What is the Meet and Greet, and why is it required?
We require a Meet and Greet Day before your dog enters group play to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all. During this time, your dog will receive personalized attention from a staff member and be introduced to a few new friends to assess style of play. They will then be introduced to the group play atmosphere, so they can adjust to all of the fun! Your dog should plan to be here for five hours. Unlike other dog daycares, we do not charge for this initial five-hour Meet and Greet Day.
What happens if my dog fails the Meet and Greet?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow them into the open play areas of the daycare – but that doesn’t mean they can’t visit us! Dogs that are not a good fit for the daycare environment are welcome to stay overnight in our hotel (on a case by case basis). Because they will not be admitted into our open play, they will be let outside every few hours to move around and will get plenty of love and attention from our staff.
Do you allow puppies?
We love and welcome puppies! For their safety, however, all puppies should be at least 14 weeks old and must have had their first three sets of vaccinations before attending daycare at The Woof Room. Puppies under 14 weeks of age are welcome in our hotel but cannot participate in open play.
Do you allow “Bully Breeds”?
Now allowing bully breeds into daycare! We are being extra cautious during their evaluation and taking them on a case-by-case basis. Our rule is that they must be placed with big dogs only unless they are a small puppy. We also would be happy to have them as an overnight guest in our hotel! Bully breeds include Pit Bulls, Chow Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, and any dogs that resemble these breeds.
Are reservations required?
Yes! If you are planning an overnight stay for your dog over a weekend, holiday, or during the summer months this is very important! We limit the number of dogs we take each day, so making a reservation is the only way to guarantee a spot for your furry friend. However, we do take walk-ins if were not already at capacity.
What do the dogs do while they are at The Woof Room?
During the day, dogs enjoy nonstop fun in daycare. They spend time in our large indoor play spaces, which feature several play items and staff members who are eager to keep them entertained and engaged. They also spend time in our large outdoor play yard where they can relieve themselves, soak up some sunshine, and keep playing.
Once the daycare dogs have left for the evening, overnight guests are fed, cuddled, and introduced to their hotel suites. Since they are typically exhausted from their full day of play, they enjoy peaceful slumber in preparation for the next day.

Should I send toys with my dog?
We ask that you do not send toys with your dog to daycare because some dogs are very attached to the toys they have at home. We have plenty of toys for them to play with here. If your dog is spending the night in our hotel, you are welcome to send a toy and bedding or another familiar item to help them feel more at home. These items will stay in your dog’s suite throughout their stay.
Can you feed my dog or give them medication?
Of course! Most of our daycare guests eat prior to being dropped off. If you would like them to have lunch, though, just bring their food when you drop them off. If your dog needs to take any medications, please bring your veterinarian’s instructions along with the medication.
For overnight guests, please bring your dog’s food in a closable container, and provide feeding instructions. Food is available at The Woof Room for an additional fee, so there’s no need to worry about your canine companion going hungry if you forget.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things come up, so we don’t charge a cancellation fee for daycare. However, because of the significant demand for our hotel, we require 72 hours notice if you need to cancel your dog’s overnight stay. To avoid the cancellation fee, you must call or email us no later than 12 PM three days before your dog’s scheduled hotel stay. If you do not notify us at least 72 hours in advance, or you do not show up for your dog’s scheduled hotel stay, you will be charged for a one-night hotel stay.
How do I book my pet's appointment?
There are two ways to request an appointment. You can request online or by using our new app, Yourgi! Yourgi is available to download for free today in the App Store and Google Play.
